Anni ist Wissenschaftlerin am Leibniz-Institut für Neurobiologie. Sie hat Psychologie und kognitive Neurowissenschaften studiert. In ihrer Forschung konzentriert sie sich auf die dopaminerge Modulation von implizitem und explizitem Lernen, die Synaptogenetik menschlichen Lernens und Gedächtnisses sowie multimodale Marker für neurokognitives Altern mithilfe nicht-invasiver Methoden wie der funktionellen Kernspintomographie.
