Fabian Sehn studied chemistry at TU Dresden and also worked there as an undergraduate assistant. Then he worked at the Helmholtz Association. His main focus was on SMA/ small molecule analytics, lipidomics, protein analytics, tumor microenvironment, cancer research & preclinical studies. Afterwards, he worked at MSD, Roche, in parallel as Laboratory Manager and joined Takeda as Field Medical Advisor in October 2017.
During the Career Talk, he will go more into detail about his career path, the transition into the pharmaceutical industry and "doing a PhD on the side". In addition, you will gain insights into the daily work routine as well as opportunities as a PhD scientist from the STEM field in the pharmaceutical industry and what the skill requirements and areas of activity are in his field.
