Dear colleagues,
it is our pleasure to invite you to the next talk in our lecture series „Gender and Neuroscience“.
On March 9th from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Cordelia Fine will speak about „Avoiding Neurosexism in Neuroscience: 8 things you need to know about sex, gender and the brain“.
Cordelia Fine is professor for History and Philosophy of Science at the University of Melbourne. Her work deconstructs scientific and popular biological explanations of workplace gender inequalities, explores the effects of gender-related attitudes and biases on judgements and decision-making, and enriches the discussion of the importance of workplace gender diversity.
More information about Cordelia and her scholarly work can be found here.
Everyone is welcome to join the talk and discuss.
Please send me an email if you would like to participate.
Best regards,
Sarah Czerney and the FEM POWER Team
